Located at the edge of the urban growth boundary, this project establishes a key segment of the future Forest Grove Loop Trail. Originally envisioned in the City of Forest Grove’s 2016 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan, the Loop Trail is now being refined through a dedicated master planning process that focuses on community-supported design. Kyle Park—identified as a future hub for bike skills programs—serves as an anchor for this work, helping shape an accessible, inclusive trail experience through targeted outreach and programming.
